Clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location and friendly staff. The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms which made our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient with a few nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel provided free Wi-Fi and car parking which was a plus point.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our city break as it was walking distance from many restaurants and shops. the room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the bathtub after a long day of exploring. the international TV channels were a nice touch for some relaxation in the evenings.
The service was lacking in warmth and hospitality. the check-in process was abrupt and there was no friendly welcome extended.
